"No fan (no reply from host when asked during a heat wave) or air conditioning - a fan at the least would have made our stay more comfortable at night. Top sheet would have been good for sleeping in heat (only had heavy doona). The foam sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable (frame digs in) so could do with replacing. Sink was also in a weird spot (centre of corner cabinet) so you have to bend over to wash up (no dishwasher). Fridge also kept falling forward when door was opened."

"The location was superb. The place felt spacious and had all basic amenities one needs. Bathroom and toilet were perfectly clean. Very quiet at night with sound-proof windows. We slept well. It was also great to have a decent size fridge for some small things."

"The apartment is very nice. Bright and spacious, modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. The sofas we slept on were very comfortable. Centrally located. Within walking distance of many attractions. There are many nice cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops nearby."

"In fact, the only thing that made us nervous was the reservation. The booking itself took me a long time and a lot of nerves. This is the first time this has happened to me with Booking! I had to constantly check my email for letters from the host and answer emails. I had to pay twice, as they promised to only consider one payment. I had to go to my bank twice. Until the last moment, it was not certain that I had a reserved room. Just before the trip itself, they finally found my payment."

"The apartments are located five minutes from two metro stations, 15-20 minutes on foot to the center, everything is nearby, the area is excellent and safe, there are many cayes and super-resorts, Boulevard Saint-Germain is two minutes away. Very clear navigation from the owner to get into the apartment. In terms of price-quality ratio for such a super location, this is a great offer, I recommend it! There is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, clean bed linen."
